Ginger Beef in Oyster Sauce

Hey there readers. Let me share some home made recipies for your cooking.

Ginger beef in oyster sauce. My favorite dish! My mum cooks it very well. Most of my cooking, i've learnt from my mum and dad. That way, i can cook for my lovely wife, when ever she wants me to, or i feel like suprising her with some good home cooked food!

How to make Ginger Beef in Oyster Sauce. Well, firstly, we'll need to know what the ingredients are. So, here's the ingredients for this preperation:

- 250g of sliced beef (preferably top side chuck tender sliced not too thin / not too thick)
- Ginger
- Spring Onion
- 4 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil

Preparation:

1. Heat the Frying Pan with 2 tbs of cooking oil
2. Put in the Sliced Ginger and fry until there's a slight gingerish aroma
3. Add the sliced beef and fry it till slightly over medium well
4. Add 4 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce and let it simmer for a minute or two
5. Finally, add long cut spring onion leaves and fry it for about another 10 seconds
6. The dish is ready to be served with warm white rice

***You may add capsicum and some onions with it, depending on your creativity.***

Enjoy!

And the story begins

My life? Others? Is this another paradigm shift? Let's let it flow just like how the others do it. We'll see how it turns out.
